The best restaurants serving Italian food in Canterbury South East

The service was very slow, 50 minutes to receive the starter and then a wait for the main. When this arrived it was cold. No one checked in with us to see if all was ok, or that of others who had the same problem. Hen I found someone she just replied, I’ll see what we can do. I ate the cold meat as I waited as it was late, the mash wasn’t appealing. Though then, whilst still eating, a waitress appeared and just handed the bill to me with a card machine in her hand. Though they had removed the coat of the main meals, there was no apology or explanation. The food may have been ok if warm though the dishes didn’t warrant the price. The service and customer care neither.

We ordered 4 pizzas and 3 sides. The pizzas arrived, to which one was incorrect and the sides didn’t arrive at all. After a lengthy conversation with the establishment, the restaurant was not overly cooperative, saying they would send a replacement pizza and sides. The driver even informed us that they hadn’t given him the sides upon arrival. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Wrong dippers and pizza, tried to get a refund, and then the second delivery to replace the incorrect items came with another wrong item. How do you even put pepper and onion on a plain pizza? Don't even bother.
