The best restaurants serving Italian food in London

Took a chance based on other trip advisor reviews. It did not disappoint. Staff were absolutely lovely. The food was sensational. I ordered a steak. My husband normally hates this as nobody cooks a steak as I like it : 'blue' - this was the most perfect steak ever!!! It just melted. My sons pizza was freshly cooked and tasted great, my husbands fish dish was beautiful. Light, fresh. . We will definitely go back. Thank you so much for a wonderful meal.

This restaurant is no longer in business at this location- which is why I gave one star. I was very much looking forward to eating here since gluten- free options are often so limited. I had heard very good things about this restaurant and was disappointed to see it gone!

Came to the markets just to find Panzerotto Blues and it was so good I had to have seconds! Definitely recommend. Tasty, quick and friendly service

Tuve un almuerzo maravilloso con la reconocida artista eritrea, SelaliA. El ambiente era cálido y acogedor, la comida era deliciosa, y el servicio era excepcionalmente amable. Reconocí al propietario, aunque era mi primera vez visitando este lugar. Definitivamente volveré! Los precios eran muy razonables, por lo que es una opción fantástica para una noche sana y agradable. Recomiendo encarecidamente probar el té picante después de su comida – es el toque final perfecto

This is amazing tasty, healthy, cosy and not too expensive place with very hospitality staff and just at the nice and easy to find area in the center of London!

It's always a pleasure to go the Lemans. The staff are friendly flexible and fun to talk to. Oh....and the foods good too! I'd highly recommend a trip to Leman's its worth going just to meet the team!

This was by far one of the best pizzas I've had in London, maybe ever! I drove down from Croydon after being shown the great reviews. Really lovely tomato sauce, great blend of herbs and amazing cheese. I ordered the Buffalina, and highly recommend it! Owing to lockdown it was a takeaway, and put it back in oven when I got home and it was just divine! Will be going back soon. 🤤

Qué bueno descubrir un restaurante italiano tan maravilloso y de propiedad independiente que ofrece una gran relación calidad-precio, en una zona poblada principalmente con restaurantes de cadena muy caros. Todo aquí es perfecto. La bienvenida a su llegada La elección de un menú de almuerzo a muy buen precio, o a la carta. La carta de vinos. La decoración y el ambiente. El excelente nivel de servicio. La comida es exquisita. Ingredientes frescos de la más alta calidad, perfectamente cocinados y bellamente presentados. Los pudines son bastante deliciosos, y los Capuchinos después del almuerzo, muy reminiscentes de los que estuvimos disfrutando en Roma recientemente. La factura final también fue una agradable sorpresa.

Great place to take the family, be with friends or go on a date! Lovely relaxed atmosphere, had a lovely friendly waitress. Food was all amazing and lots of it! Highly recommend.

The Italians that run this cafe are so lovely. The manager helped me with my baby and they were so quick to get me anything I wanted. Nice sofa in the window too!

Muy contento de que este pequeño restaurante haya reabierto. Nos hicieron muy bienvenidos y tuvimos una comida encantadora. Tomamos un risotto de gambas y lasaña, ambos deliciosos y luego compartimos un tirimasu. Las porciones son generosas con algunas buenas adiciones gratuitas de palitos de pan, pesto casero y pequeños helados caseros lindos cuando pedimos la factura. Acogedor lugar con un pequeño menú que ofrece comida tradicional que es sabroso y bien presentado. Una selección de vino tinto, blanco o rosa (italiano y muy bebible) cerveza o refrescos para acompañar su comida. Los precios son muy razonables y la familia es acogedora. Realmente disfrutamos de nuestra visita y volveremos de nuevo.

Este es nuestro lugar obligado para comer cuando estamos en Putney. Fabulosa pasta, siempre una buena variedad. Porciones generosas y comida sabrosa. Isabella y su marido son muy acogedores y amables.

Muy buenas pizzas que fueron preparadas increíblemente bien. También fueron una gran relación calidad-precio y las bebidas también tienen un precio razonable. En general, todo lo que comimos / bebimos fue de gran valor. El lugar está bastante bien decorado. El servicio, aunque no estaba a la altura de la comida. Mencionamos que teníamos prisa y el servicio aún era lento. Llegó a pagar y su máquina de tarjetas estaba apagada (afortunadamente tenía efectivo). Volvería por la comida pero solo si tuviera más tiempo.

Pizza Del Sud is an absolute treasure for pizza lovers! The moment you step in, you're greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere that sets the tone for a fantastic meal. The pizza here is extraordinary – the crust is perfectly thin and crispy, with just the right amount of chewiness.
