First visit didn’t disappoint , food delicious , hot and beautifully cooked . Served well and each course just looked appetizing and up to expectations not one bad thing to say . The host was friendly and accommodating we misread the menu and when the food arrived it had mushrooms which my wife doesn’t like and with no bother or fuss the host immediately offered to make another one that doesn’t happen very often especially as it was our fault. The portions are just right try the patasas bravas amazing. Also the ice cream and panacota were delicious.

Service was amazing, lots of personal touches and tips on what to have on our personal taste, food was fresh, creative and very well presented. May not be quite what you’re looking for if you like massive portions but definitely quality over quantity. Will be returning for sure!

We were made to feel very welcome and the food was amazing. We will be returning regularly as so nice we can walk there. We booked an outside table online which they provided.

Can not recommend this restaurant highly enough. We went this evening with our 8 year old son and the in laws after being recommended by a friend. Food was fantastic, really fresh and full of flavour. Lovely atmosphere and lovely staff. The waiter made such an effort with our little boy, joking with him and keeping him topped up with drinks. Garlic prawns for starter and steak were 1st class. We will definitely be returning!

Well this was our first time to the restaurant & we we're very happy with our experience. The staff were very friendly with a good knowledge of the food & wine they served. The menu had something for everyone & the food was excellent. This definitely deserves a second visit.

Went and had an amazing lunch here today. The food was delicious and served very quickly, all very fresh and cooked to perfection. Service was top class too and nothing too much to ask for. This was our second visit to il Angolo Italian Restaurant, the food is absolutely fantastic, it really is 10/10. The place is immaculately clean and the owners could not be anymore friendly and pleasant. The whole experience on each occasion has been so good we’ve reserved a table with friends for next weekend.

We had a wonderful evening celebrating our daughters 16th birthday the food and service was all fantastic. We couldn't have asked for more and will definitely be back.

Delicious food, quality ingredients and friendly service. Lovely fish and outstanding chicken wings. Prior to this lockdown we visited Il Angolo often, as a couple and as a family, and have had outstanding meals and service each time.

Having visited the restaurant pre-lockdown and having had an excellent experience, we wanted to support this local business and order a takeaway whilst they aren’t able to operate as usual. In a word, fantastic! Delicious food, quick delivery, superb service, couldn’t recommend them more!

Had a takeaway when In isolation and was very impressed with the quality of food. They were also really helpful with gluten-free food and provided a great gluten-free pasta despite the delivery company saying it couldn’t be done. Decided to go back and have a meal there and we weren’t disappointed. Really friendly service, nice ambience and fantastic food. I had the salmon main and Although it was plain salmon the taste was amazing and it was a real treat. Desserts were homemade rather than mass produced and were delicious, Other dishes ordered included chili prawns, fried goat cheese starter, Seabass, and of course coffee and a bottle of wine too! Good opening offer deal too with a voucher Will definitely be back

Had such a great meal here Thursday night! Heard very good things on Next Door app so had good expectations already. Was quiet but meant we were able to chat with the owner who is a lovely guy. We had halloumi skewers and garlic and chilli prawns to start which were both sooo tasty - we kept the prawn sauce and he brought us some bread to mop it up it was too good to leave behind. For main I had prawn linguine which was oily (which I love) and so much flavour, and my husbands sirloin steak was very tasty and a great size. Dessert - cheesecake (can’t really go wrong!) and Portuguese tart which again was so tasty and I could have had 5! Wine was lovely and we were topped up throughout, and had a nice baileys latte to finish. We will be going back!

Very impressed with the quality of the food and the service and we will definitely be returning. Friendly and relaxing.
