Terrible treatment of your underage staff. Find enclosed a screenshot of a conversation between a young girl and management, who was used as a childcare provider and 'wingwoman' for management when her role was waitress. For context, this conversation stemmed from the young girl expressing her unavailability to work on certain days due to educational commitments.

don't work there and don't support this business. The owner hires a teenager not only to work on Christmas day, but also demands that she take care of his spoiled child in the meantime😬

Don't support the business when they treat their staff the way they do especially to a minor disgusting behaviour from the owner!

Met up with some friends at the Spaghetti Tree last night and had a lovely evening. Great food and friendly service!

And was a great waiter very attentive. Food fantastic. Great all round would recommend.

Food was just alright, the carbonara was quite bland and service wasn’t great. Had to wait a long time for everything and was sat right next to the toilet when half the restaurant was still empty.

I strongly do NOT recommend the pasta and veal steak. The pasta was overcooked and the seafood quality was questionable, while the veal steak was excessively salty and also overcooked. The pizza was decent, and the service was excellent with a pleasant atmosphere.

Stopped by as a spontaneous meal out with my mother, brilliant atmosphere especially for a Tuesday, super friendly and attentive staff ( Andi and lily ) and the food was perfect, starters excellent and the mains were really generous portions but great quality aswell.

Everything about this restaurant is excellent. We went for a celebration and there were 25 of us. The food was good quality and well prepared. There is a lot of choice, we had sea bass, steak, pasta, pizza - all done well, served at the same time - given that there was 25 of us - the food was hot, no complaints at all from anyone. Everyone said how good the food was. There is very good choice of starters and desserts. There are some decent wines on the list and there is a great bar that serves everything you could want The staff were friendly and attentive and really ensured that we were very well looked after. They had a great singer on and it created a nice atmosphere. Also, very fairly priced. Everyone in our party had a fantastic evening - it was perfect.

A must for anyone who enjoys completely bland and flavourless food! Practically had to season it myself with chilli oil, chilli, salt and pepper. I’d be surprised if they even added salt to their dishes. Also, the mussels tasted like it came straight from the river Thames 🤮 But the service was good 👍

A good menu. Staff friendly and helpful. The starter, mains and desert very good. A lovely atmosphere on this very humid day. The ceiling fans and open frontage really helped us remain cool. Definitely recommend this pleasant spot for a night out.

Nice small restaurant- booked for dinner at 7pm while walking past earlier in the day. Just about to order dessert when waitress told us that they needed our table (it was 8pm) and if we had dessert we would have to be quick so we left. Was enjoying the food until then but will not return.

Horrible staff and terrible food. I came here with my family and the food was awful, we had pizzas and pasta and tasted like microwave food. And the staff are so rude! Get off your high horse - terrible service

Went for a date night with my girlfriend, the service was exceptional. Staff were friendly and the food was nice but extremely filling - but they did have takeaway containers on hand. Overall good place, and a very relaxing environment.

Just had an excellent meal here!! Service was great. I had the Sea Bass and it was so flavorful and the perfect amount. Hubby had Chicken Parm, he loved it. We will definitely visit again ❤️

It was wonderful. The staff played special music for my birthday. Music was very nice and very friendly staff.

The environment is dimly lit with pleasant background music to set the atmosphere which is quite relaxing and allows you to converse without needing to raise your voice 😀 The food is amazing with generous portions, the seafood in my order was perfect, not overcooked at all 😀 There’s a few other options on the cuisine I’m curious about so I’ll definitely be back! 😉

Visited for the saturday bottomless brunch. I had the prawn cocktail, salmon for main and cheesecake all was delicious. 2hours drinks included so great value for money and the music was good

We had a great evening, seven of us, choosing a mixture of starters and mains and every one of us highly rated our dishes. Service was both friendly and speedy and the children's menu makes it an affordable family choice. Thank you, we will return.

I came here for a bottomless brunch with my cousin. It's a good location a short walk away from other bars, pubs and restaurants. Our server was very friendly, I've frorgotten her name but she was young and made sure we were never with an empty glass. We're both from an Italian background so we were looking forward to authentic Italian food. Although the food was cooked really well but thankfully there was salt and pepper on the table. We had the choice of a dessert or a shot, we opted for a shot but immediately regretted our decision when we seen the size of the cheesecake on the table next to us- it looked amazing! The live singer was amazing and was very friendly and approached our table to say bye before he left. Overall, a really good brunch with impeccable service but slightly let down by the food

The food was absolutely delicious! The best Italian in Sutton or in fact I have eaten anywhere in the area. The food was that good we went back a second evening in a row! The first evening the mussels were cooked to perfection, garlic bread was delicious. Main courses were beautifully presented, the salmon was melt in your mouth and full of flavour. The fillet steak was like cutting into butter. The second night my mouth exploded again with flavours. The carbonara was divine and the vegetable spaghetti was so full of flavour. The staff were attentive, polite, and were friendly. Even though we got there quite late on the first evening we didn't feel rushed. The second evening we did enjoy some lovely cocktails before we placed our food order. The espresso was of good quality and delicious. This will definitely become a solid firm favourite for dinning out. Close by and reasonably priced too. Thanks Spaghetti tree!

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The food was great! We had the Prawns and the Melanzane for starters - both were excellent. For mains we had Pollo Milanese and the meatballs and tagliatelle. Both were really tasty but the meatballs had an incredible sauce with them - well worth getting some bread to soak it up! Reasonably priced, especially for London, and less than 30 second walk from the train station! Will be going back.

Absolutely outstanding place to eat, love the food and the staff are very friendly. Would certainly recommend anybody come here if you're in the area.

Great local restaurant. Food is gorgeous and big portions. Our waiter disappeared after we ate so our table could have enjoyed more drinks.

What a lovely restaurant, food was beautiful and the price wasn't bad at all. The staff was really friendly and made you feel at home.. my daughter mention it was her birthday and next thing you knew the light was down and they was singing happy birthday with some ice cream for her.. Went for a birthday meal and it was an interesting experience. Service was friendly but average it’s fair to say. Starters of prawns went down well with the kids and the mussels were cleaned and cooked well. Mains Pizza’s ordered were ok - definitely could have been better The sea bass was well cooked Wasn’t a fan of the chocolate brownie my daughter ordered…would not have it again The star of the evening was the tiramisu …if you check out some of my reviews in Italy you’ll see I’ve eaten it in some of the most famous places in Italy to do so. The tiramisu was absolutely delicious…thick cream, not lumpy and fantastic depth of flavour. I’d return just to have the tiramisu….

Unbelievably great time for a bottomless brunch. The singer had everyone up dancing and the food was delicious. The service was brilliant, they kept topping us up out of no where. Special shout out to Andi who was the best!

Okay, average Italian restaurant, but I won't try to book a table there any more. Booked a table initially over the phone. Someone with a strong accent took details and confirmed the booking. Subsequently three other persons wanted to join us, so I tried to telephone the restaurant to increase the numbers. Constant engaged tone, so I e/mailed the requested change and asked for a confirmation by return of e/mail - nothing. Still unable to contact them by phone I called into the restaurant in passing. No record of my earler booking !! Food there is generally okay on average, but their admin is very poor. Be aware!

Sad to say we had a very disappointing meal at the Spaghetti Tree In Sutton. We have been here before and it’s certainly gone down hill. Ordered Mussels in a white wine sauce but what came up was a thin tomato and chilli sauce, when I said I think you’ve given me the wrong sauce the waiter told me that it was the white wine and sauce with chilli!! I asked why was it red then? to which he replied oh it goes that colour when the mussels are cooked, it comes from the mussels. I was so gobsmacked that I couldn’t even be bothered to argue. But seriously I’ve never heard such rubbish. There were 2 sauce options one of which was tomato and chilli so obviously they had cooked the wrong order. Fries were also very under cooked. Pizza was ok but again nothing special. Nice Banoffee pie but definitely not enough to make me want to return. Shame. Also gave us the bill which did not take into account we’d paid £40 deposit.
