Loved it first time ive been food was lovely going back again in few weeks

Local and good for the right price

Popped in here on a midweek evening. So glad I booked as it was nearly full. Lovely atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Loved our food- I had the seafood skewers and my husband had the sea bass. Both dishes beautifully cooked. Will definately return.

First time trying here and we ordered a delivery through deliveroo. 2 pastas and a pizza for the kids. Pasta was piping hot but sadly the pizza was stone cold, even the box was cold. Pizza was £10 and deliveroo only refunded £2.50. But what makes it worse is that when I called the restaurant he was not interested one bit! Just told me I have to call deliveroo and I explained I had and they only refunded £2.50 which isn’t acceptable. Sadly we won’t be ordering again due to the customer service and not even because of the cold pizza!

Fantastic pizza, once you tried it, anything else in the area will taste like cardboard. Super friendly, helpful and quick if you want Italian outside of Italy, look no further.

We had a delicious lunch here on a Saturday. The waiter was friendly and offered recommendations on wine which were fantastic. We ordered a mix of the meat seafood and salad dishes and all were delicious! Portions were good and it felt like a fair price overall. Highly recommend! Suggest you reserve a table as it looks to get pretty busy mid afternoon.

A varied menu, with an Italian theme of course. The food was delicious and quite quickly served. The staff were friendly without being intrusive. Very nice wine at reasonable price. I will be eating there again.

I live down the road from this place my wife and kids love the food so fresh and loads of food would go there five times a week if I could food is exlentant people lovely go out there way for you would recermend please try won't be disappointed

Ordered a take away pizza I have to say it’s the worse thing I have ever had. The onions are burnt the peppers are like mush. The bbq sauce is really cheap and it’s inedible. Would not recommend

Went for a delayed xmas work dinner end of Jan'24. Everyone enjoyed what they had ordered. The staff were attentive and polite and the atmosphere was just wonderful. I was so impressed that I took my husband for his birthday lunch the following month! Again service & food was top notch. Thank you La Banca.

Had an excellent lunch. Had cheesy pizza bread to start then panne al pollo with fried aubergine - all the food excellent. Service excellent also.

Calamari was well done, pizza is nice especially the cheese on top 😋, highly recommended!

Went to La Banca for dinner on Sunday, and we had an amazing experience. Felt very welcomed and the inside atmosphere was very nice. The restaurant is very spacious with excellent ambience. The service was prompt, and food came quickly. We opted for the Sunday menu, which had some brilliant offers, and selected a few dishes from their traditional menu. Everything tasted delicious, and we would go to La Banca again! The waiters were extremely friendly and never rushed our decisions, would recommend to others.

A nice little restaurant, not cheap, but not over priced. Friendly and welcoming.

The staff were friendly and tentative. The food arrived quickly and was of decent quality. I had the lunch menu (pizza and a beer) which was good value.

Today La Banca held my baby shower, and what an outstanding job the team did! For a large group of people the timing of the food, the quality and the service was just THE BEST! I want to thank you all for hosting and is by far the best Italian food, can’t thank you all enough for how kind and helpful you were.

As you arrive, they’ll always be a warm welcome. The choice of food is excellent, price is very reasonable. Whether you choose from the lunchtime menu, or main menu, you won’t be disappointed. Staff are friendly and so willing to make sure that your experience is special. I can’t recommend La Banca enough…. Go try it for yourself!

First time we have eaten here. It was my wife's birthday and she fancied an Italian meal. From the moment we arrived the staff were very attentive to our needs. The food was excellent and as a family we will definitely be returning in the future as the restaurant is less than a mile from where we live and in this area a little gem. Well done to the staff in the front of house, and also the chefs in the kitchen for producing outstanding food. We will be returning in the future and would thoroughly recommend to everyone. Been here a few times. Have an amazing gluten free selection of pasta etc. The staff are amazing. They are very fun and friendly! The atmosphere is great and the food is amazing! I 100% would recommend

Lovely meal with friends for my birthday. Prawns were lovely but for the price I feel there should of been a bit more. Steak was lovely, cooked well with lovely sautéed potatoes and mushrooms.

Booked last minute. They had availability for last table. Food and Service was good. Prawns for starters was good. And the pork main dish. Plus pizzas.

We ordered a takeaway pizza and pasta. Pizza arrived cold, not cooked and underdone. We had to reheat the pizza in the oven. When the delivery guy brought the food to us, he didn’t have a pouch to prevent the heat escaping from the food. Maybe that’s why? Still very underwhelmed. Pasta was mediocre. A huge disappointment as i ordered after seeing good reviews.

What a great atmosphere. We have never eaten here before but so glad we did. Thankfully we booked as it was full. (Friday night.) The staff were all lovely and gave us plenty of time between courses. Cocktails to start with, around £10 each. Our starters were the Salmon & Mackerel mousse and Gameberoni which were both great. We ordered extra veg to go with our main courses as thought we would need it, but we didn't! We had liver which came with lots of potatoes and swordfish which came with a large salad. No puds as too full, the coffee was just right. We will definitely come back again, a great place to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

First time visit and will definitely be going back, food really good, owners from Naples, portion size decent and prices of all items on the menu very reasonable. Plus service to match. Tried the Milanese with Spaghetti and it was excellent.

We had made a reservation for 6pm for four of us (2 adults and 2 children). Initially the service the swift and attentive, staff seating us quickly and taking our drink, starters and mains order. Both my steak and my wife's pasta alla marinara were delicious and we all enjoyed the starter calimari. Everything was excellent, however as the night progressed and the restaurant got busier, the service disproportionately slowed. When it came time for dessert, we opted for some ice cream cream for the kids and a lemon tart for me. It took roughly 20minutes for these to be brought out which then mean the kids began to get restless. This was a shame as otherwise the food had been superb, the staff generally excellent and the atmosphere pleasant. We will return and I would recommend it others.

Had a birthday dinner here with friends. Thoroughly recommend this place for the variety of good food and drink. The service great, without being intrusive. The atmosphere fun and light. My 2nd visit and definitely not my last.

This was my 2nd visit, my first was in August for my wedding anniversary and last night for my birthday. A group of friends plus my husband and I had a great evening. The food and service were of a very high standard and the atmosphere friendly, happy, wonderful. Our friends loved the food and the 3 that weren't able to make it, missed out on a great evening.

After a lovely evening meal we returned to sit outside for lunch in sunshine. A little piece of Italy on the Banstead Rd, delicious pasta, swordfish and schiacciata with the professional warmth of the staff creating that bit of magical hospitality.

This is my mothers new favourite restaurant, and i have to say mine too. Having visited now four times over the last few months, i have always found it warm and inviting. The food honest clean and with flavour. well done la Blanca, lovely to find a simple professional restaurant in this area.

Honestly it was delicious. i just ordered Deliveroo (with my instructions for separated sauces also carefully respected) and im so surprised to be honest cause i usually get this type of quality food in central london so this will be my next spot for sure. cant wait to taste their pasta !!!! salmon, asparagus ,potatoes and cherry tomatoes are amazing. panna cotta with berries its great too ♥️🙏🏻 Grazie

Booked in here for an early Saturday evening with the family (4 adults, 2 kids) and were really impressed. Attentive service without being overbearing. Good choice of dishes with some old favourites plus new additions. Portions were huge so make sure you’re hungry! Pizzas aren’t from a wood-fired oven but were very good. Tiramisu for dessert was excellent. Overall very happy and will certainly be back.

Booked tables for 24 for my daughter's 18th birthday. Food is excellent and tasty. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Service is excellent all throughout the dinner. Will be coming back again

A group of friends went to La Banca last night for dinner. We had a very delicious and enjoyable meal with very efficient and delightful staff adding to the evening. We had not mentioned it was a birthday celebration so were very surprised and delighted when the staff (who must have overheard some of our conversation) gathered round and sung Happy Birthday and presented the birthday girl with dessert complete with candle. A great end to a great meal and such a thoughtful gesture. We will be back!

Nice meal, the service was good and reasonably priced. I wanted an iced coffee but they didn't have it on the menu, but they were happy to try and make one, which turned out delicious.

This was our first visit and we found the whole eve ing to be very p,peasant. The staff were relaxed and friendly, whilst still being very efficient. The dishes were well prepared and presented and most importantly everything tasted good. Drinks were reasonably priced - as was the food. I will be looking for excuses to visit again in the near future.

Been here 3 times now and the food has been good everytime. Not too expensive in the current economic climate. Customer service is also top notch.

First time we've been to Launch Banca Would we go back ? Absolutely definitely ! Food was superb, service attentive and friendly, music and lighting not intrusive.. If we want to eat Italian this will be our restaurant of choice In the future.

4 of us went for a meal, and one person ordered Calzone. When it arrived, it was burned like charcoal. We complained, and they took it away. Instead of making a new one, they scraped the top that was burnt off and brought it back with a hole in the middle!

We held my 60th birthday lunch here for 23 people and the whole event ran like clockwork. The waiting staff were discreet but attentive and timed everything to perfection. The food was, as always, faultless and delicious. The prices are reasonable for such well prepared and presented meals. I would thoroughly recommend La Banca for any celebration or just for a casual lunch or dinner. Top notch!

Dining at some of the very best restaurant in the World - has taught me that the very best establishments take being the best personally, service and food. And this is my experience with "La Banca" I made many last minute and very difficult request of them - and not only was I responded to immediately and politely - I was made to feel my request was important to them. The evening was a let down, after a positive previous experience. Here are the issues with tonight's meal... - We booked a week ago, not realising there was a set menu for Valentines Day. No pizza, no risotto, no pasta. Disappointing. The presentation of the slow-cooked beef was bad, and the ricotta omelette thing made me unwell hours after. It was barely warm when served. I would have complained but no one came to ask us how our food was (which is standard practise in waiting, as I used to work in a restaurant.) - we got served the wrong starter. - the limoncello wasn't chilled. - there was an Italian couple seated next to us and our waiter was so distracted with trying to please them, that he forgot about us after serving the (wrong) starter. The whole experience could have been better if we had staff checking along the way. And the variety of food wasn't great.

The menu is great ,something for everyone on here , We took our 3 year old granddaughter who loved her meal . I had the Carbonara pizza which was huge , My wife had lasagne which she enjoyed, The service was great and the beer was cold , what more could you ask for . I recommend giving this restaurant a visit.

What a hidden gem 💎 Having lived in the area 10+ years I was surprised I’d never noticed this place once a friend recommended it to us and I went down to collect our take away. Absolutely fabulous inside and perfect for a date night with the Wife, so I will be back to eat in next time. Really good, veggie options available and gluten free available! The green beans were fantastic. Better than chips by far!
