Finally - Streatham, a place once so bereft of opportunities for good food - has LO. It might not look like much from outside, but this place proves how delicious simple Italian pasta dishes really are. The menu is kept short and everything is homemade & fresh. pastas were exceptional, service was friendly, fun and personalised, we had red Peronis and tried a new digestif. Remember - if someone offers you pistachio gnochi for desert, bl**dy well say yes! Sweet.flavour.bomb 💣

Have been here in several occasions for lunch and have found it the best place in Tulse Hill for a sandwich. Only go if you have an appetite as they are huge - the pastrami or mackerel and beetroot one are highly recommended

I've been searching for the proper Italian gelato throughout London. While apartment hunting, accidentally found Emporium in Kennington that imports gelato from Naples. It was delicious!!! And the owner is extremely sweet, kind and was helpful in suggesting exploring a variety of flats in the area (she is a long time resident of Kennington). It's a great place to soothe one's sweet tooth and have a nice chat. Can't wait to return and taste some of the other flavors :)

Lovely cafe on Brixton high street. Nice to pick up a coffee after shopping they served hot food too thats eritrean and Ethiopian. A nice touch. I've gone there a few times and enjoy the warm hospitality and quality coffee. The cakes are sweet and soft too. Always delighted with the coffee and the cake choice. Definitely would recommend.

Without a doubt the best salt beef available in London! My partner and I ordered a reuben and a philly cheese steak and we were so happy! the salt beef in the reuben was cooked to perfection and melts in your mouth, and the philly cheese steak was just right - we ordered the option with the provolone cheese (they do offer american cheese too). We will 100% be ordering from here again!!

Wonderful wine bar / restaurant, moments from the Vauxhall tube station. Perfect for date night — the decor is warm and quirky, and it’s quiet enough to chat but the place is still lively. Dinner was excellent too! Our new favorite spot!

My partner and I booked this restaurant for a special Valentine’s meal, only to be met with complete chaos upon arrival. A large group of people was gathered outside, all being turned away—including us—because we apparently hadn’t paid a deposit. The restaurant claimed they had called everyone to request deposits, but many never received a call or, at most, a single attempt during work hours with no message left. To make matters worse, my partner had received an email asking to confirm the booking, which he did. Nowhere in that email was there any mention of a deposit being required. Yet, when we arrived, we were refused a table. The lack of communication and professionalism was shocking, and their attitude toward everyone they turned away was dismissive at best. Thankfully, we managed to get a walk-in table at Knife, a nearby restaurant who went above and beyond to fit us in and made sure our evening was special after such a disappointing start.

Amazing food which came so quickly! The staff including the manager - Przemek, was super helpful too. Deffo recommend !

Increíble italiano en Brixton y con diferencia uno de los mejores restaurantes de la zona. El anfitrión era increíblemente amable, cálido y acogedor en Nochebuena. . cada plato era delicioso. Disfrutamos especialmente de los arancini y terminamos pidiendo uno de cada uno en el menú! Todo a un precio razonable. ¡Debes probar este restaurante!
