The very best Indian Restaurant in the area. Great food, top class staff and easy parking. June 2021 Update: The food is better than ever, and the friendly, professional service, is unparalleled. Xmas 22 - the quality continues and the staff excel. August '23 - thoroughly enjoyed our group meal for 10 people. The Spice Ambassador is still the benchmark for quality Indian food. March 24 Update - premium quality food and service, as always. August 24 - Always excellent plus if the restaurant is not too busy, they will cook a unique dish, to your specifications. Nov. 24 - Tuesday evening and not too busy, thus we were able to go "off menu", with individual dishes prepared to the taste of each of us - even better than usual. A fantastic meal and a great evening.

11 of us including a 3 yr old had a lovely evening in this restaurant aka Spice Ambassador in Taffs Well. The owner and his staff were really helpful and attentive start to finish, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Food? Well, every choice served to us all was delicious, unique in many cases. Personally, my lamb dish was probably the best lamb presentation I've tasted in an Indian restaurant. Helpings were nicely generous but not too daunting or wasteful, arriving all hot and at the same time, notable considering we were a large group in a busy restaurant. Many thanks to staff for a lovely time- we'll definitely be back.

I was sick 3 hours after eating my food and I’ve been sick for 3 days with nausea and diarrhoea Others members of the booking all had symptoms but not as bad as mine Really unhappy how a food establishment can serve food that’s giving food poisoning Bad preparation? Poor training? Or just don’t care ? Shocking wouldn’t recommend
