The best restaurants serving Indian food in St Thomas Portsmouth South East

Knowing how much we enjoy Indian cuisine, my family gifted myself and my partner a takeaway from Breenons Kitchen as a birthday surprise. Wow what a feast!!! Every single dish was absolutely full of flavour and you could tell each one was fresh. I think the dhal was my personal favourite and the tempura vegetable sand array of very fresh, homemade chutneys were my partners. Would recommend to anyone in the area and appreciates good food!

Food was delicious and different from other Indian restaurants. Flavours that we have never tasted before that were a wonderful surprise. Service was very good and decor and atmosphere were pleasant.

Had a takeaway from here when staying in the area. Good portion sizes but not much flavour to be honest. I had chicken tikka balti, tiny pieces of chicken but loads of rice. My friend had chicken tikka masala - hardly any chicken and loads of sauce. Not a patch on the curry I get where I live. Disappointing.

Visited on a Sunday evening - it was the only Asian restaurant we could find that was open for dining in. New owner has improved the restaurant decor considerably and everything about our curry was very good. Do not hesitate to try!
