Super fish platter, very good wine and lovely friendly atmosphere. A real old country pub traditional yet modern in that the cuisine offered is both English and Greek so is wide enough to suit many tastes. Many to feel very welcome and i summer a good place to visit after a long country walk nearby and there are many of them.

This isn’t our first visit to this charming, family-run pub. Every time we return, we’re reminded why we love it so much. The atmosphere is always welcoming, the staff are genuinely warm and attentive, and the service is consistently excellent. You’re greeted like an old friend, and there's a real sense of pride in everything they do. The pub has a cosy, rustic feel that immediately puts you at ease, and the team go above and beyond to make every guest feel at home, even when they're busy. The food, as always, is outstanding. Authentic Greek dishes made with care and bursting with flavour, from melt-in-your-mouth lamb kleftiko to the perfectly barbequed souvla. Every visit feels like a feast, and the portions are generous without ever sacrificing quality. It’s the kind of place you don’t just eat at – you return to, again and again.
