Super fish platter, very good wine and lovely friendly atmosphere. A real old country pub traditional yet modern in that the cuisine offered is both English and Greek so is wide enough to suit many tastes. Many to feel very welcome and i summer a good place to visit after a long country walk nearby and there are many of them.

The food at this pub is amazing! Their chips ... OMG! I don’t know what they do to them but never tasted anything so yummy! The pub feels as safe as possible with all Covid prevention measures in place. Despite it being well over 30 degrees, Gemma (bar manager) was running backwards and forwards delivering food, drinks and clearing tables as quickly as possible and couldn’t have been nicer. Really can’t fault this pub/restaurant.

Just found this gem of a pub, the food was really good and totally unexpected. The landlord was extremely helpful and given our agreement created a Greek Meze meal to suit us precisely. He even managed to construct it to suit one member of our party with onion allergy. All of the bar people were attentive and first class. Just to add to our enthusiasm the pub was having a small beer festival and we were plied with four different types of really well selected beers...really just half a pint of each but trully a great experience. We will definitely make a special jouney next time...you should too!

20 Wormley West EndThis isn’t our first visit to this charming, family-run pub. Every time we return, we’re reminded why we love it so much. The atmosphere is always welcoming, the staff are genuinely warm and attentive, and the service is consistently excellent. You’re greeted like an old friend, and there's a real sense of pride in everything they do. The pub has a cosy, rustic feel that immediately puts you at ease, and the team go above and beyond to make every guest feel at home, even when they're busy. The food, as always, is outstanding. Authentic Greek dishes made with care and bursting with flavour, from melt-in-your-mouth lamb kleftiko to the perfectly barbequed souvla. Every visit feels like a feast, and the portions are generous without ever sacrificing quality. It’s the kind of place you don’t just eat at – you return to, again and again.
