The best restaurants serving German food in Mansfield East Midlands

Absolutely shocking. No food arrived after two rounds of drinks. Asked about food no answer had to go and ask again. To be told ticket not gone through to kitchen. Would be another 20 minutes, we cancelled order and paid for drinks. They didn't even seem bothered obviously not the first time. I suggest you change the way you operate or your staff it wasn't even that busy. Its not very often we can all get together for a family meal what should of been a pleasant experience left us disappointed.
