Staff are pleasant and just really nice

Ordered our food for Friday evening as we have had a family bereavement. Ordered for 18.30 only 1 mile away. Food hadn't arrived by 18.45 so I phoned to find out where it was. Shocked to hear the reply after paying £3.50 for delivery. Was told " late because we are busy" I said I understand that so what are you going give me back for a late delivery having paid for it to be on time. Reply " thats just the way it is and it will be delivered when we can" Also told " I can call the driver back and you can come and collect it yourself!" Customer service from hell.... Think with the competition in the village you really need to look after your customers better. Great food but awful service...

Absolutely terrible food was cold and undercooked the lettuce was brown and wet and our drinks was warm also very rude and dirty staff coughing all over the place and making rude comments about my girlfriend to each other in the back saying things like "I'd give her some" "why is she with him I'll have a good time with her" and "see if you can see her underwear" never going back!
