Most of the staff are really nice with one exception the manager Sam she shouts and embaraces her staff in front of customers which shouldn’t be happening this happens regularly and it’s not what should be done in a shop full of customers she thinks she can do and say whatever she wants to the staff I’m surprised most of the staff haven’t already walked with the bad treatment they receive from her not a nice person

It was great coffee but I ordered via the app to collect and I waited and they never shouted my name but when I went up my drink was on the side and had gone soggy so they had to remake it. I was waiting for 30 mins. They always ask me questions about what I want when I’ve already told them when I ordered

Waited over a hour for a delivery that they said would be between 30 - 45 mins I phone up to ask were my order was he said another 10 minutes when I I ask would I get anything else as compensation for late delivery he said sorry no I was just saying cancel my order when he put the phone down on me the food still came 10 minutes after which I took and paid for which was cold I will never recommend them again after being a long time loyal customer
