What's the point in answering the phone to customers if you can only order through just eat, pointless

Visited this evening for food not knowing what I could eat due to pregnancy and Brad confirmed that the boneless banquet was perfect. Really lovely gentleman and great service. Will be back

Not acceptable, we waited 32 minutes for pretzel bites, then when eventually they came they were cold and greasy disgusting
