Stone cold ...if I get a takeaway I expect it to be warm....if I have to reheat it then it kinda misses the point of getting it doesn't it...end up cooking anyway.....was bland with no love....get a grip shekos.....another customer lost....

25 minute wait for a doner wrap is absolutely taking the Mick. At least 5 members of staff all hanging around doing nothing. And after a long wait and missing a train, I receive a like warm, tasteless and EXPENSIVE kebab. Absolute abomination of a place.

I FOUND A F*CKING FLY IN MY FOOD! A refund? God forbid. He insisted we could not request a refund because I had a few bites not realizing a fly was in my food. Disgusting.
