Welcomed by friendly staff Sean was really polite and attentive. Really good place and go often now.

This is the only pub at the top end of Lydney and a handy watering hole if you are staying at the motel two or three minutes' walk away. Good range of beers which for me as a refugee from Surrey are offered at extremely attractive prices.

Ordered the divine platter was mostly chips not alot of meat the chicken was lame paid a good price for a box of chips mainly wasn't impressed at all

Food was great service dreadful not worth it we felt really discarded we waited 2 hours and was worth it. The waiter forgot my friends drink then when asked about it we were given attitude. I asked for chicken then I got beef. That's not the only beef I had that day. My dearest friend didn't get her meal and he refused a refund totally disrespectful. We even found a pubic hair in one of the meals. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Never going there again 2 days later I got food poisoning. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

The food was very dry and chips tasted gone off definitely wont be going there again and gave me and my friends upset stomachs stay away

Wouldn't serve my salad box to my dog. Threw together with ingredients I didn't even ask for. Avoid at all costs boys.

Cleanest subway i ever visitted. Very polite and helpful staff. Didn't want to use the pay machines, staff had no issue what so ever and served me at their till really good experience thank you!

Today I visited greggs at st james retail . Unfortunately i managed to spill a full latte all over myself and the furniture. Imagine my embarrassment as the shop was full with a queue out of the door. i asked staff for a cloth so i could clean up after myself. The staff were so obliging and concerned about the hot liquid injuring myself. They refused to let me clean it up and did an excellent job themselves and replaced my latte free of charge. THANK YOU .

Pies either over or under cooked Luke warm have to reheat when you get home and I live 3 minutes away staff pretty rude patties full of grisel yuk

Just ordered from their currently displayed menu. Ordered 9 pieces of scampi for my wife - only 5 pieces provided (when I rang them about this, they said that they had now altered the menu to 5 pieces instead of 9, for same price), and salad was a very small piece of lettuce and a few small slivers of onion. Ordered Chilli con carne 1/2lb burger. They no longer do this, although it is still on the menu, so ordered the special 1/2lb burger, with salad etc. Again, small piece of lettuce and onion was their feeble excuse for what they advertise as fresh salad. It used to be more substantial, including tomato etc. This is far removed from what we have enjoyed from this takeaway previously. No comparison whatsoever. I can only assume that this business has changed ownership. I am sure that the previous owner and staff would never have put out such sub-standard offerings. Needless to say, not at all happy.

Beautiful handmade ice cream -Creamy and full of flavour . Had vanilla and salted caramel. Absolutely delicious

Visit this establishment regularly. The food is always fresh and full of flavour. The staff are always helpful and pleasant, giving information on ingredients for allergies and dislikes etc. I work in catering and would be happy to recommend this bakery.

Place was spotless. Never seen a subway this clean. Normally full of littered tables & floors. Two lovely proffesionable men serving today 11.30am 14 February- nice people should be told. I was at Whitegate Drive Blackpool

Sometimes ok other times long delays and cold food. Not great customer relations. Think it’s best if you walk in order. Pre order hit and miss. Delivery definitely hit and miss
