Really sorry I forgot the lovely gentlemans name. I believe it was raj??? I walked in and was really struggling to choose a vegan lunch for myself. Raj was so helpful. Gave me every option including sauces drinks treats and crisps. Excellent service. I Definitely felt I can come again confidently.

Visited Stone Subway at 12.19pm, one other customer eating in. Tables not cleaned, floor dirty, cobwebs and hair under shelf where alcohol hand gel located. My advice, avoid.

Thank you for efficiency with a good hot drink, negotiating other slow to decide customers, when others could be served quickly. All areas clean and tidy, even towards the end of the day. This includes toilets. Thank you for that too.

Situated just off the high street in stone, opposite Morrison’s. Some Seating inside and parking outside. Handy for a quick place to grab lunch whilst in stone. Good friendly service and would be happy to use again.

Disgusting food safety, have contracted campylobacter food poisoning since eating a chicken kebab, still suffering over 2 weeks later.

Have been ordering from Denrys for years but will never use again. Made an order via justeat which failed to arrive, when I phoned to query this I discovered Denrys have absolutely zero customer service and have no interest in apologising to customers. I was told the food had been delivered, but Denrys couldn’t tell me what colour my front door was, they they said they would get food to me as quickly as possible but this would take another 40 minutes as the kebab would require cooking, I am fairly certain the kebab only needs slicing and putting in a box. At no time did Sue from Denrys offer any form of apology and thought her view and style of customer of service was perfectly alright. What people like sue don’t realise is they are in a customer driven industry and if you upset enough customers you’re not in business. Denrys reasonable food, with no customer service, my advice is avoid Denrys and go somewhere which doesn’t employ people like Sue.

Awful place, slow disorganised and machines don’t print receipts even tho they offer you a free deal if you fill out details on the reverse or maybe that’s why they don’t so they don’t get too many negative reviews!!

We stopped here for a break. There is plenty of parking available. The services were modern, light and airy. The seating area in the food court was tidy. There was a lovely seating area outside overlooking the pond and fountain. One of the better services on the m6.

Extremely disappointed with my serving of Gluten Free Chips today. There were plenty of bad chips, over-cooked chips, hard pieces and slightly off colour chips. I only ate a small amount from the portion of chips I had been served and I ended up leaving the rest to throw away (see photo below)!! I will say the fish they serve at Jo Jo’s you can see looks and tastes nice and fresh inside and of good quality, however, the batter, in which the fish is coated in, can sometimes be overdone/overcooked. My experience over time has lead me to believe the chips are mostly of poor standard, ones I would not wish to eat. There is just too much inconsistency with the quality of chips to my annoyance, which is why I am writing this review to hopefully get the message across and see much improvement. I honestly can't fathom how this chip shop is 'UK's No.1 for 2024'. I am afraid to say I have tasted much better, chips definitely, elsewhere!!
