Under new Management now Amani's...ordered Chicken Tikka Chilli Massala and Chicken Tikka Dupiaza, both dishes were delicious. Plenty of chicken, tasty and flavoursome...thankyou 😊

The order arrived 1:40 minutes over the time it was due to arrive from setting off. The driver then beeped his car horn on his arrival (we live in a flat buildings with children in and this was now 10:30). The driver refused to exist the car to give the order due to him smoking a cigarette. The box was soaking and the food was freezing. When we rang the restaurant to explain the issues the man said ‘I’f you don’t like your food do not order from us again’ and proceeded to block my number

I had a deeply disappointing experience at Papa John’s in Acomb York around 3:00 AM. The staff were incredibly slow, rude, and displayed behavior that came across as racist. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was that they were playing extremely loud music—specifically Indian music—which felt unprofessional and inappropriate for the setting and time of night. I expect better conduct and service from an international food chain. This location needs serious management review and staff training

Absolutamente terrible. Solía ser genial, pero como bajo el nuevo propietario es horrible, los pedidos de comida siempre están mal, los artículos que faltan tardan años y son tan groseros, los plazos de entrega son terribles y la mayoría de los conductores son groseros también, excepto algunos de los muchachos ingleses más jóvenes. La higiene es terrible Me senté a esperar mi comida para llevar y personalmente vi a los chefs y el personal de frente de la casa fumar justo en el frente, luego no lavarse las manos y volver y preparar la pizza. No hay redes para el cabello y el personal tiene el pelo largo y están en la cocina. Dicen que tienen ofertas para que entres pero ni siquiera te dan pan de ajo ghee. Absolutamente asqueroso lugar dirigido por gente vil. ¡Aconsejo que te mantengas bien lejos! ¡No tienen hielo lo que es el servicio al cliente!
