The best restaurants serving Default food in Shiregreen and Brightside Sheffield Yorkshire and The Humber

I went in this subway around 6pm and the staff denied service to me, as I was in hurry my bus was waiting outside and I just wanted a bottle of water as I was not even well but she rudely rejected and asked me to biy from somewhere else. Nobody should visit restraunts like this, if they dont even know how to do give customer service then what else anyone can expect. #worstStore

I feel a bit bad leaving this review as we've been coming to Jack's for years to the point where staff know us when we arrive. They are always polite and even chit chat with us. We prefer this place as the kebabs are lovely ( I always have the chicken tikka on skewers) comes on naan and serve proper chippy chips rather than fries. Weve moved areas and still visit this place as it's a nice takeaway place where staff are lovely. We have never had issues with the food but have noticed a few times prices have creeped up. We understand reasons why food has gone up but weve seen price increases a few times to the point where it costed us nearly £40 for a chippy for family of 4. This is just standard fish, chips, peas, gravy and battered sausage stuff (not burgers and kebabs) unfortunately, we cant afford this for a chippy tea in this day and age so weve cut back too. Not that we wont go anymore but knocked hippies on head much more these days. I have no fault with Jack's place, genuinely love coming here and no issues with food- it's just the price and although understand chippies have had a big increase too- general folk have to cut back. I'll miss this place but would visit here again in future! It's like a social.outing as well as a takeaway.

Rude behaviour from staffs . Never ever visit …

Decent food but terrible service, delivery literally a hour later than expected. Second time this has happened will never use again. Rude on phone.

Appalling service! The order was sent an hour later and our free garlic bread and drink was never received! When we complaint they said they gave us something free of charge from their menu. What a lie!!!! I can’t quite believe they think us stupid! I can understand at times things don’t really go as planned and I’m not usually one who complains but will not accept being fooled and lied to like this instance! Never again will I order from them Just an update,we ended up receiving our full money back after a couple of days,I feel it’s important to leave that here. Many thanks
