Chicago Pizza in Sheffield

Appalling service! The order was sent an hour later and our free garlic bread and drink was never received! When we complaint they said they gave us something free of charge from their menu. What a lie!!!! I can’t quite believe they think us stupid! I can understand at times things don’t really go as planned and I’m not usually one who complains but will not accept being fooled and lied to like this instance! Never again will I order from them Just an update,we ended up receiving our full money back after a couple of days,I feel it’s important to leave that here. Many thanks

Ordered food and it said you get free bottle of coke and garlic bread on order over 25£ and the food came with no the bottle of coke or the garlic bread and done my order wrong I asked for normal chips and cheese large but came wrong size and cheese and pizzas came wrong i ordered hot and spicy and hot shot but they send same pizzas I rang them up and they came up with excuses which they could have rang me and spoke before sending my order and I’m not happy with the service at all never gone order with them again and this happened few times with my different orders

Don't listen and then when u ring up they blame it on some one else but it says the right order on receipt

Never has orders through online order system Makes out they don't have my order , pass phone to my partner and all of a sudden they have it.

Well I can assume this place has changed hands. order from this place for years never had any issues until today What ever you did to my meat feast was not pleasant my first mouth full was like eating tomatoes and vinegar the tomato puree was over powering not sure if they changed something but it was disgusting and it was not a nice experience so that was a waist of £13.

I am quite disgusted to be honest with you. My food was meant to be here for about 1:50am until 2:15 am. I only received it at 2:50am after calling twice. My pizza was cold. I have to be honest though it did taste good. However my burger was also cold and dry. I'm really frustrated about this. I don't normally complain but this one really angered me

Food never arrived! Rang to chase them twice and the staff were very rude. Waited over 3 hours for the food not to turn up.

Wouldn't even give it one star! Cant comment on the food as it never arrived, contacted them twice and was told driver would be 20mins 1hr later nothing, phone again driver is 5/6 mins away 20 mins later still nothing. Absolutely shocking customer service if you can't fulfil an order why accept it?

Takes over a hour for a pizza at 6.20 order chips have been freezing and only live 10 mins away not good time to try elsewhere

Waited an hour for food cold when it arrived chips missing phoned up to complain man very rude on the phone ..told him I want the full order replacing not just going to wait for chips as the food would be even colder by the time chips arrived he said no at 1st but then said he would replace the full order this time but if we complained again he wouldn't do anything ...HOW RUDE I WONT BE GOING THERE EVER AGAIN ....they came to pick the cold food up and we are now sat waiting for our food again to be delivered if its not we will be going up to the takeaway !!!!!!

The staff are very rude the food come cold and the order was wrong we phoned up to say and the man on the phone was very rude I had to put 1 star to put my review never going back there

Ordered a takeaway tonight. 2 hours later, no show. Called to check on order, advised it was closed and basically to go to bed hungry.

Been ordering from this place for months now and never had any problems but tonight when my order was delivered I pulled the top of my burger up to remove the tomato and I find a piece of metal under all the salad

I've been ordering from here for years .... tonight was a first ...cold pizza , cold overcooked garlic bread , prawn cocktail 10 prawns limp brown lettuce container was 1/2 full , I phoned the shop a totally different man answered and said to keep the prawn cocktail and give it back to the driver who would be back with a fresh prawn cocktail .. I waited 30 minutes then phoned the shop , he was very short to me and said he was very busy , the old manager would have put me first and would never have spoken to me like that so I asked if the driver could please drop off while out on his rounds the money for the prawn cocktail he said he was busy and would phone back 40 minutes went by I phoned the shop continuously 8 maybe 9 times my call was cut off on evety occasion ... such a shame Chicagos used to be fantastic I won't order again and anyone who does is making a big mistake .

Been ordering from here for years. Tonight the service was absolutely disgusting. Arguing with me about an app they say doesn't work yet I order off it every week. Put phone down on me a few times when I was asking where my food was because it was 45 min late. Telling me I was a liar on the phone because there app doesn't work an when I say my food has just arrived he put phone down on me an would not pick it back up. The delivery lady didn't know what to do as she saw me trying to phone back an they kept Putting phone down on me.

Food was fresh and nice, delivery was fast to 👍

Haven't actually been to this takeaway but is one I will try in the future because the menu looks good,

Simply horrible ! Ordered 2x kebabs and a pizza. Daughter up all night feeling sick after pizza, the chicken tikka kebabs was never tikka, looked more like bbq sauce poured over basic chicken. Took over an hour and arrived cold. Delivery driver was miserable like the food. I will not order from here again !

Ordered food for delivery at 7:49pm was told 40 minutes. Its now 9:37 and still no food in sight 😂 well there is food, just from a different takeaway. Food does seem to have gotten worse lately which is a shame because I have used this place for a few years now ##update## No food turned up at all last night, no phone call or anything. That's me done with this place now. #UPDATE#. DAY 11 Its been 11 days now and still no pizza. Hunger is fully kicked in and the hallucinations have started. If you're reading this, it's because I died of hunger. Losing hope of this pizza ever coming..... Transmission terminated...... #UPDATE#. DAY 22 Still no pizza. Iv lost around 7 stone now, I'm barely recognisable. Been surviving by eating toenails and my own hair. If anyone is reading this, please give chicago pizza a shout, it could just save my life 😔 #update# day 67 This is his partner. Unfortunatly he passed away last night due to hunger. The pizza never came and unfortunatly he starved to death. 😔 Rip Danny. Funeral will be held at Grenoside crematorium on 10th May. Thanks chicago 😡

Ordered a pizza and garlic bread with cheese @ 930pm on their website. I received an email confirmation 2mins later advising my order has been delayed by half hour?! I rang the shop, explained this and was told this is an error and the food will be delivered within 30-45mins (so 10:15pm). By 10:20pm no food so I rang the shop again to be told my food is nearly ready and the driver is waiting to bring it so it will be 1030pm for delivery. I said if it's not here by 1030pm I don't want it. It turned up @ 10:38pm and I told the driver to go for the reasons above. Tip to the management of Chicago Pizza... never tell lies to a paying customer just to try and get your money, it doesn't work, especially when they were going to pay cash on delivery like I was!

I ordered a takeaway to be delivered, got told it was going to turn up been waiting 2 hours for it too come never did. It's a joke been told one thing and then not turning up is another! In future make sure when you say it's going to be delivered make sure it does otherwise you won't have any customers....

Gets worse every year passes it's not even nice now wedges used to be bangin now I taste one and dash em in bin because there disgusting salty mush look like thay been chewed up an I even got some old wedger in my box i wish I took pictures befor throwing them in bin looked like a meatball 🤮🤮🤮

Food was visibly microwaved the polystyrene package had distorted with the heat all of them was re heated and we ordered "coke" as described in the menu as but when came it was Pepsi I can't stand Pepsi I don't drink it and not very satisfied with it at all

Apsolutely disgusted! Order a donner kebab & the meat was stale i phone them up and the man on the phone said it was because i ordered late at night it was the last bits of meat left! I also ordered 2 cans of pop and paid for them and he dint not send the cans of pop!

Dont use terrible attitude, deliver wrong food or none at all stay clear. Gave them another chance 2 years on, food wrong again all sauces missing waited 32 mins for sauce tubs delivering all food went cold still not here rang back got attitude off young lass on phone save your money and go to somewhere they value there customers! The pizza quality is very poor for the price paid , very unhelpful staff and no willing to help even is their fault, I will never order from this place, avoid!

Was a satisfied customer for over 10 years, however the last 2 times I ordered I felt so sick afterwards. I have friends & family who have also fell ill after ordering. I believe it's run by new staff now, so this would make sense why it's gone downhill suddenly. I don't believe they are qualified to handle food safely. Will not be ordering anymore. RIP Chicagos :(

Asked for pineapple on pizza, none. Pizza cold, rolled up in corner of box, bread doughey underneath!! Also ordered chicken and chips, no coating on chicken, looked like yesterdays warm ups to be honest! Chips looked like they had come out of a bin!! Really dissapointed, used chicago for a few years now but not for a few months, either under new management or a new chef cos is sure is not the same as it was!! Got two stars because they got the pop right!!

I have eaten my fair few Burgers before and about 4 months before buying one from this place had one that i knew would never be beaten as the best i've ever had but i was corrected last night after eating the Swiss burger from Chicagos, that was awesome, the fries are perfect, fluffy but crispy on the outside, 10/10
