The best restaurants serving Default food in Bottesford North Lincolnshire Yorkshire and The Humber

The bacon was salty the sausages were small but nice there were very few mushrooms, hash browns were nice and the beans and tomatoes were hot. As for the staff they were very miserable and ignorant.. I won't be bk

I recently visited Cafe Elite at Elite Gym in Scunthorpe for a breakfast. The food choices were extensive and I went for the Regular Breakfast, my Son selected the Dirty Fries with Chicken Curry, all very tasty and well presented as well as being promptly served by a lovely, friendly waitress. The seating area was really pleasant and we were left to enjoy our meal for as long as it took, we weren't rushed in any way as we sat chatting long after we had finished. The other meals on the menu looked delicious too and I will definitely be going back there again! I thoroughly enjoyed the sausage and egg bap which really was not only excellent value for money but also extremely tasty. I also very much approved of the very nice cappuccino which was in my view so much better than many others I have had in other cafes. The menu options were also really good compared to many others.

Have ordered from chillies many times and had lovely food, but I won't be ordering from here anymore. I had chicken tikka korma and it was very bland, so much so if blindfolded I could not have said what it was. The pashwari naan was also bland due to it having no content. Very disappointed

Carvery is a joke constantly waiting for different items then everything is cold. The mash potatoes could fill pot holes

First visit with friends, Indian food not really my favourite but went along with it and was not disappointed. Excellent service with a laugh and a joke and the food was very very good. Still prefer Chinese but will definitely return.

Really shocked at the level of service we received yesterday. Visited with our 10 month old baby. Ordered a breakfast and a beans on toast to be told it was a half an hour wait, no problem sat outside it was a lovely day. After an hour wait we went back in to find where our food was to be told it was a further 20 minute wait (they hadn't started making it) & that we could have a refund if we wanted. I asked for a refund as we simply couldn't expect our baby to wait longer. They told us they would only refund the food and not the drinks as we had drunk them. Yes we drank them an hour ago while waiting for our breakfast. Eventually they did refund the whole order which I was grateful for but having ruined our morning out & then had to argue for a full refund it was a thoroughly unpleasant experience. Had someone come out after 30 mins after our order and let us know that they were completely running behind and perhaps offered us a complimentary drink the whole situation could have been handled differently. I didn't think in this day and age people could offer such shoddy service.
