The best restaurants serving Default food in Broseley Shropshire West Midlands

My wife and I had a meal here for my birthday. The menu was great and I was told what dishes could be adapted to be gluten free. I chose the fish platter and the chef (who was gluten free herself) came out to reassure me. If all restaurants could be like this I would be a very happy man. 5 stars!!!

Delicious food. Quite a bit above average and the service was very good indeed. Pity we're just visiting on holiday, otherwise we'd go back.

Beautiful food, made fresh, good quality good, the bacon was proper bacon, thick and perfectly cooked, very friendly staff, more then happy to help, lovely looking cafe area, amazing place

Spoilt what was a great business only 6 months ago. Prices have increased beyond what’s justifiable for a quick lunch and menu is a fraction of what it was. Such a shame as we were regulars. Not been for 6 months but won’t be returning. Sorry but you need to go back to old store and do what you used to be brilliant at. Customers happy to pay a bit more to support a good cafe.

My Family went for a meal to celebrate my Brother in law's Birthday meal , his Birthday meal was completely ruined by the Woodbridge Inn, meals was paid separately but all on same table number , 2 main meals was brought out at same time of starters no customer service was asked at time of paying or waitress who served starters asked if we wanted main meals at same time as starters as some of us did not have starters due to them been out of stock, long wait after for the remaining meals to come out and we then had to sit watch them eat there food as we has eaten ours , my Brother in Law who still had not had his food and was still waiting whilst 4 of us had already been given meals at this point had to go in 3 times to be told on its way , after still not receiving his meal we asked for a refund due to the upset it caused and the fact it ruined the whole night 4 of us had not eaten a meal together and my Brother in Law had not gotten one to be told his order had not gone through to chef , yet they had took his money for steak, Manager banned us from pub including my 12 year old Niece because we asked for money back and was annoyed at the awful customer service we received , yet not one of the staff checked where my Brother in Laws steak was even after he went in 3 times to ask , only when I asked to speak to Manager did they investigate, I have also put complaint in with brewery and had no response back from them on this matter either as they was at fault and we was the ones banned for complaining. so putting a review on here to say both the pub and the Brewery who own this pub do not care about there customers or ruining someone's Birthday , my Brother in Law did not get his meal in end he ended up having a takeaway when he got home.

I’ve been several times in last few weeks. Without a doubt an excellent restaurant with friendly welcoming staff and great food. One of the best Italian restaurants I’ve been to.

Four of us enjoyed a cracking meal at the Duke this evening. Now under new management, Julie and Luke seem to have transformed the place since the last time we were in. There's a good range of beers and wines, non-alcoholic (for the driver) too. We had a sea bass, paella, chicken and scampi - all served piping hot, generous portions and very tasty. We thoroughly recommend this if you're local, or visiting Broseley, Much Wenlock or Ironbridge. We'll be back for more!
