Says it all, a terrible supermarket and my fears have just been underlined with a One Star food hygiene rating from the Food Standards Agency. Folks, don’t go there, you are risking your health!! This is a step away from being forcibly closed.

Appalling behaviour! I called into get a breakfast roll, this was 10:55am! Very miserable server called Ali (who apparently is a supervisor) told me there was no bacon, asked if they could cook some, as surely breakfast items should be available until 11am! I was told it took 10 mins to cook so no! Right ok, can I have a sausage roll bap then, with butter, a moment later I’m told we have no butter! Like really? No bacon, no butter! I was told it’s ok, i asked what was ok? I was told i won’t serve you and she just walked off! Her manager was present for the later part of the conversation and promptly followed behind her, leaving myself and another lady in the shop unattended! A few moments lady another lady appeared, she was more helpful! Just come on shift apparently and made me the bap. I asked if I could speak to the manager she went and got her, and I asked the manager if she thought her colleagues behaviour was acceptable? And why she has no items for breakfast and no butter for the bread! Very poor management indeed! And she told me, she didn’t like me pointing out the obvious to her colleagues, and told me not to come back! Her name was Georgie (manager) I am currently on the phone to the head office whilst I write this! But Greggs and most importantly your area manager need to take stock of this shop! It isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this store! The lady who just came on shift ( who in her own words was just a server when i asked if she was part of management) was far more professional and polite than those in charge! Out the dead wood Greggs! They are awful and give your company a bad image!
