The best restaurants serving Default food in Burrator West Devon South West

Our French visitors loved this pub, and so did we. It has a lovely ambience , a most welcoming host and staff, and a fantastic menu: great pub food, delicious and very generous portions. Prices were fair. Drinks were also very good indeed. The beer was well kept and served, and there is a very good range of local beers and ciders. We will definitely be coming back, and plan to bring other members of our family and friends here. Cannot be faulted, highly recommended.

If you're planning a nice quiet , enjoyable meal, don't bother! The young locals are so loud with no thoughts for other customers. Way too many dogs (and I like dogs but the place stinks) and got boxed in in car park by another thoughtless person. Saying that, the staff were friendly and the food was okay for the price.

Think I just had the best curry I’ve ever had! I decided to go for the lamb pathia instead of a chicken Korma and will definitely be ordering that again! Ordering on the app made things way easier as well. Keep up the good work!

Trip Advisor summary says “temporarily closed”. It isn’t! Lovely meal there, excellent service. Outside pods smell of remains of old cigarette ends from previous day. Good location though, so close to Burrator Reservoir and great views.
