The best restaurants serving British food in Burrator West Devon South West

Just finished a 5 mile walk in very cold weather. Called in The Royal Oak for a drink but was tempted by their menu. We had the Battered Fish. It was delicious and a large portion. It kept hot even though we sat outside in the sunshine. Cheerful service from the staff made this a very enjoyable time. Good scrumpy too!

Lovely warm countryside pub with lovely staff. The wonders of the infamous steak and ale pie know no bounds, would highly recommend

Great pub! Stayed one night with my dog. Room was clean and comfortable. I had a lovely dinner and breakfast was great too. Staff helpful and accommodating. Location is great, nearby a lot of nice walks. I would stay again.
