The best restaurants serving Default food in St Ives South Cornwall, Isles of Scilly South West

Can’t wait to go back here when we visit in June 2022. Lovely family business and a really wonderful place. I was giving up hope finding a place that makes a decent soya hot chocolate but this place can do that! Excellent food on offer and even purchased some coffee to take home with us.

I love this little beautiful amazing coffee house, both ladies were very welcoming to myself and my partner. Thank you both for your hospitality. I will definitely be coming back again. St. Ives Bay Ice Cream and Coffee House, is very well presented. Thank you once again much appreciated. Roots 😊

Had a carvery on the Sunday with family. The meat and vegetables were excellent and hot and the service and friendliness of the staff second to none. Well worth another visit. Recommend anyone else to visit.

Absolutamente genial estas salas de té. impecablemente limpia, bonita decoración y un fantástico servicio. Tuvimos un almuerzo de tapas y la comida era excelente sábado en la ventana con vistas a la bahía viendo la marea.

Fantastic food, knowledgeable & attentive staff. All dishes explained ingredients by head chef Grant. Would love to come again when next in the area. Not often you get a restaurant of this quality outside of London. On a par with the Manoir aux Quat'Saisons in Oxfordshire.

Very good B&B in a very central location. But it is very expensive so 'value for money' comes into question. Very good cooked breakfast served in the mornings but for the money it should provide freshly squeezed orange juice.

We had the most amazing pre-wedding party at the brew house for 50 family members. The grazing table was stunning with plenty of food for all. Everyone enjoyed the view and commented on what a warm and inviting venue it was. Hayley was extremely accommodating and made the planning very easy. We would highly recommend the brewhouse. It started our daughter’s wedding weekend off wonderfully .

This review is about the rooms. A perfect base in St Ives with an unforgettable host. Host St Ives was the ideal base for exploring this stunning part of Cornwall. Rassie is an exceptional host—helpful, genuinely friendly, and full of great local tips. His warm South African accent alone could brighten your day, and honestly, I’d happily grab a pint with him anytime. He even inspired us to go for a sunrise swim in the sea—an unforgettable experience! The accommodation itself is beautifully designed, with thoughtful details in every corner. The interior is stylish, the lighting can be adjusted with different ambient scenes, and even the shower gel smells like gorse—the iconic yellow flowers you see everywhere around here. As tempting as it is to just relax in the room, be sure to get out and explore. There’s so much to do in and around St Ives: hike to Zennor or even Gurnard’s Head, take a boat trip, visit beaches, explore the chapel, discover great restaurants, check out 3 Mile Beach, or catch a film in the small cinema just around the corner. Highly recommended—we’ll be back!

Just had our weekly dose, as it were. Sometimes we have to drop in between Saturdays because we get withdrawal symptoms it's so good. Today we had cod and chips as usual but today it was more than the usual excellent. it was the best piece of fish I have ever had in a chip shop. The chips were to die for as usual and the chicken chunks were spot on too.

Hidden gem above Warrens Bakery, easily missed when walking along St Ives Harbor. The views from the outside terrace are gorgeous, overlooking the sea and people walking from the balcony. Food was delicious. They had a lunch deal on which was a small glass of wine/prosecco and a choice of either mussels, fish & chips or caesar salad for £20. I went for the mussels and they didn't disappoint. The sauce was amazing. The two ladies working were so kind and attentive. Service was great. I wish I lived closer because this would become my new lunch spot.
