This is a traditional British greasy spoon which alongside the fry ups also does a selection of Thai and Cambodian dishes. Run by a very friendly Cambodian couple, it delivers authentic and tasty dishes at budget prices. Its not open in the evenings and is not a fine dining experience, and as all the Asian food is cooked fresh from scratch so takes a little while, but it is definitely worth it for the best plate of Pad Thai I've had in the UK!
New November 2018. Just discovered it! Great coffee, soya and alternative milks available. Excellent baguettes and sandwiches. Really clean and well run. Staff are friendly and eager to please. Comfortable seating. A couple of tables outside. Light and modern interior. Delighted this has opened in Ore. Nothing else like it.
Not a bad place to work for a few hours but I don't know if there's wifi.
Excellent value and really impressed by the sandwiches. They do a range of cakes and nibbles of varying sizes, all beautifully presented so you don't have to go mad to treat yourself.
I had a lovely freshly made Lassi (Banana, Local Yogurt and Mulberries)from Nelly’s – expertly made but did take a little while to arrive. We sat outside in the sunshine in the lovely (wind sheltered) courtyard.
As well as Lassis there was a whole selection of fresh cold-pressed juices for sale.

I was staying in the hotel and decided to try food on the first evening. Bar was relaxed for a pre dinner drink. The quality and preperation of the food was excellent. The restaurant staff were very professional and on hand when required. Argentinian Malbec and Prosecco were both good quality, and the overall price was pleasantly suprising. The menu was not extensive but I would not hesitate to eat there again.
I would have taken a photo before I ate most of it, but the brownies here are stuffed with chocolate but somehow aren't sickly sweet! The selection of hot chocolate is amazing, and my mum informed me that the lattes are great!
Definitely worth a drop-in.
Went for lunch on Saturday. This is literally a tiny place with seating for no more than 20 people. If you go and it’s packed, roam the seafront or the High Street and return. It is that good.
They greet their regulars like family.
The pizza is delicious. I had the sei formaggi - perfect and my friend had the tartufata - also perfect and delicious.
If you are in Hastings, this is must visit restaurant. It is the best pizza I’ve had since I’ve been in the UK.
Saw this place on Facebook, on a morning walk and popped in. What can I say? Clean, a wide variety of fillings, but most importantly fresh ingredients and rolls!
The owner was friendly and easy to chat with. I hadn't realised this place had been here for 15 years.
Picked my roll n filling at a bargain £1.95, fresh and delicious, this will be a regular pitstop.
Glad I stopped by. Keep doing what you are doing.
Wonderful restaurant, lovely atmosphere and fantastic food. We loved the amount of vegan options available and the Turkish delight. They also have non-alcoholic wine options which is great to see and will be trying this next time.
Visited with my daughter on Saturday,we had a great time. Food was tasty, compliments to the chefs😋 Young lady who looked after our table was so helpful and friendly too, great service all round! Food was a little bit slow though however it was a Saturday evening so 💁♀️would come back, and recommend to others!!
