Best Sunday lunch in the NW. All home made. Pub of the year landlord and landlady. No wonder it's popular. UPDATE: a new roof won't cosmetically change the building, however two people continue to make it one of the best pubs in Levenshulme. I'm referring to Mark and Mary. We'll done guys and get well soon both of you.

Best Chinese around! Some things better than others, salt and pepper chicken is the best! Lovely family business, friendly staff and quick service. We don't live in the area anymore but we still drive nearly a 10mile round trip to come here as no other Chinese/Cantonese places compare. Highly recommend the s+p chicken, s+p ribs, seaweed, egg fried rice, soft noodles.

Came in Wednesday night. Was a lovely meal and our waitress Nicola was perfect, seemed a little busy for a Wednesday night though and she seemed to be running around a lot but still managed to keep us happy! Will be coming back again soon x

This place is fit for purpose and does what it says on the tin Desi chai although, was only luke warm tasted delicious after i asked for it to be warmed up. Suggest that plain Greek Yoghurt is also provided

This shop had different owners, unfortunately closed during covid, the food was authentic and tasty, I would eat here on a regular basis. Now, I ordered a magic bag from too good to go. Took a chance as I know they have new owners, very disappointed and a little fustrated in what was presented. Rice and peas were burnt, chicken was tasteless and tasted like yesterday's meat, which to my surprise when I was waiting I saw them place chicken in a container which I presumed would be frozen or placed in the fridge for the next day. I do not agree with this, especially when you're promoting fresh cooked food. Considering I paid £8 for food, there was not much variety either the soup had no soup in and was tasteless also. Over the year's I have seen many caribbean restaurants open and close, and many immitated by those that have no Caribbean background or experience of Caribbean cooking, this can have a negative impact on Caribbean food shops that are authentic and cook their food with love. The food I purchased was not authentic Caribbean food. Educate yourself in flavours and cooking processes. Disappointed, there aren't many Caribbean takeaways in my area that serve good food. To end my review I will say that the man who served me was very polite and good on service, sadly food isn't high standard.

Food was good but extremely poor service. Only one girl is doing service and she also has an attitude. Food is on table and the failed to provide Naan bread. All our food got cold. I have added photo to prove it. Food in plates but no naans to eat with.

Tasty food especially the curry’s. Loved the taava karahi. Definitely try the chicken tikka, never tasted like this before.

Chips were stale very ignorant staff started screaming at my 11 year old neice for not knowing what she wanted yet highly recommend avoiding this place
