Ordered a pizza and it never arrived . Tried to call and no one picked up . Never again .

Ordered online. Everything went through and paid. Rocked up to collect my pizza only to see the store was completely closed. Took 5 days to receive a refund with barely an apology. Terrible service

Absolutely livid with my experience today. My order never arrived. It was supposed to be to me for 5:40-5:55pm. Online at 5:50pm it said it was delivered. I called at 6pm and the rude man on the phone said “it’s on its way” then I waited another 20 minutes before calling again. Again the same rude man answered and said it’s on its way. I live around the corner from this Pizza Hut I could if collected if I knew there would have been such a massive drama. Then my partner called at 6:40pm. A lady answered this time, asked for our details then put us on hold for 10 minutes!!! My partner decided to walk around and he said he was still on hold when he walked through the door. The man was smirking and said he’ll put it in the oven now. Which my partner said don’t worry we want a refund. I BEST get my refund. Disgusting customer service. I’m not one to leave reviews but this man was the rudest person I have ever come across. DOESNT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR
