Went on a Friday for drinks and went back on a Monday for a meal , great staff and not to busy on the Monday

Used to be proper good. Nowadays it's heading one way only. Service is painfully slow unless using a delivery app. Phoned an order through to save the wait but the girl on the counter knew nothing. A poor lady stood behind me for at least 10 minutes waiting to order whilst 3 riders came and collected. A couple sat eating in had the meal brought to them in 3 different visits. Needs a serious uplift of standards otherwise they'll lose a regular customer

The gentleman working there at 11am on 31/01/2025 has a horrible attitude and very bad customer service. such a shame that the sushi is decent but he is letting down the company he works for. He refused to take my order!!! incredibly disapointed!

I've had some frustrating shopping experiences lately. There aren't enough staffed checkout lanes, and with my monthly shop, two hours isn't sufficient for parking, shopping, checking out, and getting back to my car. Parking used to be three hours, but now the shorter time limit feels rushed, causing me to forget items and frequently run over the allotted time. This has resulted in three parking fines. I've switched to supermarkets offering three hours of parking, which is a much better experience. I feel that Asda isn't adequately considering the needs of its loyal customers, and I've also noticed a lack of special offers.

I'm so glad and so was my dad, as I ordered for both of us. My dad preferred the pineapple sticks but I'm happy with the apple pieces. Many thanks.

Chicken wrap so delicious and absolutely loved it

It's our local and my family love the food. The service is half and half;sometimes we get a friendly service, and sometimes we get an overworked and underpaid member of staff judging by his attitude. But last time took the biscuit when the guy at the counter (goodness knows why) completely ignored me and served another customer before me. The customer apologised as he didnt realise I wasnt being served though I'd stood there in front of staff in an empty takeaway for about 10 minutes. And when I did finally get served the guy told me they didnt have any large pizzas left or any peri peri chips. Dont they just roll the dough out a bit more to make it larger? I dunno, it was all a bit weird to say the least. Shame really as the food is tasty, although bit pricey now prices have crept up.
