During a recent hospital stay that lasted over a month, this Costa Coffee was a real lifesaver for me. Having access to a familiar coffee and some light food made a big difference during a difficult time. The staff here are generally okay, and the food and drinks are reasonable and consistent with what you expect from Costa. However, this location is extremely busy, and there are very limited seats and tables available, which can make it difficult to find a place to sit and relax. It would be fantastic if they could expand the space to better accommodate the high number of customers. Another improvement would be extending their opening hours into the evening — it would have been incredibly useful for me, especially during my long hospital stay, to have somewhere nearby open later. Overall, it’s a convenient spot with decent service, but there is definitely room for growth to meet the needs of their customers a little better.
