The best restaurants serving Default food in Harlow Common Harlow East of England

Order turned up late. When ordered it said delivery between 19.05-19.25 but it never arrived. Check the site to see the order just kept being pushed back and finally arrived at 20.14. Called shop but they said no delivery drivers were there.

.food Usually lovely, curry was tasty but couldn't eat the meat... so sorry about review.. sad to say a bunch of football hooligans turned up swearing, and we had to address them as customers before the owners did. Had to leave our birthday party for our austic son, had cake and suprises ready, but didn't happen unfortunately..😮‍💨

1hr 15 min wait for x1 dish, absolutely no apology,food was mediocre at best, service was absolutely appalling, I will never ever use this place again

Due to great food and popularity you may have to wait a while but it is worth it...and if you do happen to have a problem...manager Ali will sort it....he is a genuine guy and I will deffo order from them again.....great food....great manager...

A lovely greeting from reception and a pleasant surprise to find the pool table in the bar. My room was clean and well appointed with a very comfortable home from home bed and I slept well. The shower was good and the soaps provided were fragrant and fresh, breakfast however was lacklustre and there was a lack of urgency towards people who needed breakfast and needed to get going out. Around 10 people only were in the dining room and we all at some point had to wait for items to be replenished. The staff were painfully slow in all that they did, and there were huge gaps in the service. Watching business people become frustrated and inconvenienced by Items that had ran out was hard to watch. This cast a shadow over my stay as I ended up with an extremely poor and lacking breakfast and I would not return again.

We had a takeaway from here. The rice was like boil in the bag rice, the Mushroom were hard, the chicken was rubbery and the prawn balls we're disgusting.so it's a big Big NO from the Long family for now on. No where near as good as Golden Dragon.
