Favourite Chinese in Penrith, takeaway only and cash only. Been open over 30 years that I can remember, so must be doing something right ! Now takes card payments

Order was taken wrong over the phone. Food was terrible chips burnt to a crisp and chow mein tasted burnt and of old grease totally inedible . Contacted them immediately and was told next time we go (which will be never) we would receive the prawn crackers that were missing from our order. No help whatsoever no replacement offered for the burnt offerings we got.
