Rich and Natalie between them provided superb food and service. Yes, Beefeater is a chain and running costs may be high (which COULD lead to just adequate fare) but the steaks we were served this evening were top rank, as were the accompaniments and starter. Kudos to Rich for his wonderful food and Natalie for her excellent and friendly service throughout!
