The best restaurants serving British food in Sir Moses Montefiore Thanet South East

Very expensive for a very small coffee as cups seem to have got smaller to when I last was there, and not nice to see a team leader passing cups over to customers by the placing hands on the top of the cups rather then the handles , then putting scones out without even washing hands ,can say I will not be returning .

My husband and I had a gift voucher for Afternoon Tea which we used today. We cannot express loudly enough how tremendous our experience was. We are not generally afternoon tea lovers and would not have gone had it not been a gift. We may have been converted. Warmly greeted, nothing too much trouble, plenty to eat, ham and chicken sandwiches bursting with meat, separate plate for the vegetarian sandwiches, plenty of cream with the warm scones, lemon drizzle cake to die for, doggy bag for food we couldn't manage at the time - what more can I say? PERFECT.
