The best restaurants serving British food in Alton Eastbrooke East Hampshire South East

This was the worst Christmas lunch in my 86 years,having to pay the full amount of the bill in advance,regardless of the standard of food I found very strange,then to be told by the manager that it was company policy,I had to accept . The starter was good,but as I had Sea Bass as a main and could not cut it,I turned it over to find that it was still frozen and uncooked.By the time that I found a member of staff and complained my families dinner were cold.They then replaced the fish with Turkey but got only from the man in charge that they would reimburse me for the fish.
