Went on Wednesday steak night. Food really good. Service excellent- shout out to Ethan our server - really attentive and friendly. Been here a few times and always find the staff warm, welcoming and helpful.

New tenants are working hard to reinvigorate this landmark pub. They are extending the beer garden with everyone welcome. Great food is available daytime and evening.

We had a lovely dinner at the Crown & Conspirator. The Steak & Ale Pie is the best i have tasted. A big thank you to Paula and her staff for making us welcome. We shall return again.

We had the three course Christmas dinner 17/12/24.. we are regulars here.. the food was very well presented and served.. the staff were friendly as usual.. there was plenty to eat.. we left fully satisfied.. thank you all both front and back of house..
