We went here on Saturday 17th August ,nine in our family.I complained the fish wasn't very big and lots of batter on it the assistant manager listened to my complaint and she offered me another fish ,
At £28 per person from one of the top hotels in the North East I was expecting a lot better,
4 small finger sandwiches each, 4 scones and small cakes. Not a lot of effort and no selection of desserts
Unwelcoming staff & greasy food.
Stodgy fish cake!
I’d make the effort to go try the other 2 next time. Also I think they were cooked in veg oil not beef dripping.
