Lovely pub for a meal whilst visiting Seaham. Good ales on tap. Pub grub freshly cooked. And Lauren spoilt our dog rotten! Thank you xxx

Was booked in for sunday lunch at 1pm and was informed there was a 45 min wait for food, there hardly seemed to be any staff working.

Philly steak baguette and chips was lovely for lunch, followed by hot choc fudge cake, which was delicious. Very good service and polite and attentive staff. Prices are very good aswell

We came in to watch the football and got some lunch before kick off, the food is always very good and the service is second to none, would definitely recommend to anyone in seaham or visiting the area.

Food was lovely, staff are all friendly and great atmosphere, come here at least twice every week and would recommend.

Love dogs, but two visits, people with dogs, have let them 'wander ' either off the lead or on a long lead

Took my 2 dogs and elderly disabled dad. You have to take dogs through a different entrance which isn’t very disability friendly. The designated dog dining area has a TV on the wall and is where people sit to watch sports. Fine if that’s why you’re there, but we’re not interested in football. The staff were very nice and the food was lovely. Nice toilets too, and plenty of space to park in the car park.

My son was happy with his mixed grill, however fish & chips is very small. The lemonade had no fizz and they had no coffee. I won't return in a hurry. The staff were all polite .

Service was fab , and great value for money the food was lovely I had a beef roast dinner and the meat was so lovely ! And including all the trimmings on my down side the toilets could do with a freshening up . Other then that all was good

Myself and my husband often come here and came today with our family which was there first time and they were so impressed they live in Newcastle but advised they would travel here as it was amazing. Food and staff truly perfect and huge shout out for Becky she is absolutely lovely x my family gave 10 out 10 and I always give 10 out of 10.

Love this place. Treat it as 'our local' even though a 10 min drive away. We, and our dogs are always made welcome by all the lovely staff...with a special mention for Zena, who always stops for a chat and is so helpful and cheery!

The food was lovely. The staff were exceptional. My mum is in a wheelchair and it was so easy to access the building. Well done to all.

The staff here are awesome, we asked for a quiet spot as one of my sons struggles with sensory issues, and boy did they do good by us. The staff were lovely and calm at all times and sat us in a nice quiet booth. As for the food the boys loved the chicken burgers and the rump and sirloin steaks were bursting with flavour. I am so grateful for a brilliant family meal.

Good pub not many in when we arrived at teatime food was champion.

Had a Sunday dinner it was spot on service was good staff very friendly and polite my only gripe was the couple on the next table were swearing quite alot apart from that very good will definitely go back

Out with the family of 4 & 2 friends. Had a great night. The service from Sarah was spot on. Her knowledge of drinks, prices etc was exceptional. Sarah always made time for conversation whilst I was being served which made my night flow without any drama

Excellent. Booked a table online which was ready when we got there. Food was good as was drinks. Had the match on which pleased my son no end. Happily go here every time we are in Seaham.

Becky has fantastic customer service, go in here regular and everytime i do im welcomed with a smile from Becky and excellent service. Dont eat here often as prefer home cookef food but for drinks come regular and this is mainly necause of location and service 😊

Had a family get together here, staff were lovely and food was gorgeous and although there was a lot of us we didn't wait long at all for food. Lovely place.

Regular customer at the crows nest and always made to feel very welcome. We often go in with our two dogs when on a walk and nothing is ever too much trouble. Lauren always makes an effort of coming to our table to say hello to us (and the dogs) 🤣 Food is always great also would recommend 10/10

Tasty food and fantastic service right by the beach where we spent a fun hour searching for sea glass! Staff were excellent and atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed.

The pub looked lovely and clean upon entry. Staff welcomed us as we entered. We found our table that we needed and perused the menu which is well laid out. Only negative thing to say was that we couldn’t find a drinks menu to help us decide what we wanted before going to the bar to order. Our food was lovely and arrived quite quickly. We had the Hunters Chicken and Lasagne with chips.

We stopped by for a quick bite and a coffee. It’s a lovely place with helpful staff that couldn’t have been more friendly. The food is great value and real tasty. Most importantly, their coffee is good! We will be back.

Absolutely brilliant service very friendly went above and beyond for me and my family to have the most special meal and to have it while been able to relax with my two children who have additional needs. It was such a warm welcome and I can not thank the staff enough for making a day so perfect, it was my mams birthday she turned 56 and she was so please and over joyed by how good the whole experience was, I highly recommend to anyone jf they want to have the best time and best quality food

Enjoyed our meal at The Crows Nest - the Chicken Thai curry was very tasty and the hunters chicken was lovely. I felt drinks were a little pricey but with 30% off food voucher, it helped.

Having visited several times before, this was a first visit for my brother and sister-in-law, like myself they certainly were not disappointed with the location, service and food. So much so that the main topic of conversation on a 2 hour journey home was the food, my sister-in-law was especially raving about the apple crumble

Food was lovely and came out quickly once ordered. There was a friendly atmosphere and we were made to feel very welcome. The staff were friendly and polite. Over all we enjoyed our visit

We went here on Saturday 17th August ,nine in our family.I complained the fish wasn't very big and lots of batter on it the assistant manager listened to my complaint and she offered me another fish ,which I gratefuly received. Top marks to her for service,the other 8 in our family enjoyed their meals.

Lovely pub restaurant overlooking the sea. Very friendly staff who kept checking we were enjoying our meal. My husband had a mixed grill and I had gammon steak and pineapple. Both meals were very well cooked and presented, good sized portions and hot. We would definitely go back and recommend to others. It was not too busy which made it a pleasant relaxing lunch.

Won't be returning. Bar staff didn't have a clue the no Q system in place for bar. People were getting served at tge bar that just walked in the pub we had been waiting sometime before
