The best restaurants serving British food in West Green Haringey London

This is a hidden gem of a restaurant, tucked away in residential Tottenham. But don't let the location put you off, it should be top of the list for any local foodies. Run by a brilliant and eccentric chef, every dish we tried was mouthwatering. I had the Reuben sandwich and have been dreaming of it ever since. My friends had the fried chicken and BBQ lamb, and couldn't believe the quality. Lovely wines and friendly staff, it reminded me of one of those local bistros you happen upon on holiday. Definitely worth a visit. We couldn't recommend enough.

I was blown away with the food at the Westbury. I don't usually do pub Sunday roasts because I have high expectations and often they're a let down. A friend recommended this place and having visited I was in awe. Absolutely wonderful attentive staff, tasty hot food and lovely dessert which all attributed to an amazing catch up with an old friend. I had to personally thank one of the chefs as he walked by. Cocktails were nice too. Looking forward to returning and would highly recommend.
