First visit to The Chequers and we were very impressed. Prompt service,attentive staff and delicious food.An inspired menu and very well priced.We'll be back
Very Expensive for a small (minute) and large ( small) breakfast. 1 rasher of bacon on both plates + 1 burnt sausage on both plates. Not very appetising. Thry wanted 40p for a sachet of brown sauce of tomato sauce. A slice of toast was 75p. Won't be going there again.
