The best restaurants serving British food in Tetford East Lindsey East Midlands

In March we booked for our wedding reception in May. Three weeks before our date in May, a friend told us she had heard the pub was closed. We tried to phone/write to find out details but all attempts to contact them ignored. Up on visiting last week, it looks like it's closed for good. We would have turned up with all 12 guests following our wedding. Luckily we have found another place, at such short notice.

Called in while out on a motorbike ride. A very clean, friendly cafe with a large selection of meals. I opted for the Large breakfast, £8, and had a well cooked, tast meal. Will definitely re visit 😊

Have passed this pub on so many occasions and have always said we would call in and so glad that we did. This is just your perfect typical country pub. Picturesque from the outside. Dogs are welcome. Only stopped on our dog walk for what was going to be one drink and ended up having tea there. Good honest home cooked pub food. Where else can you have lasagne, chips & salad for £9 nowadays. Husband had gammon, egg & chips same price. Tasty food and good portion size Friendly owner & staff. Perfect village pub atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

Found this cosy pub while touring in Lincolnshire. Stopped for a drink. Staff were welcoming and there was a lovely atmosphere. Several little nooks with comfy armchairs. A local event tucked away in the restaurant did not dusturb us.
