The best restaurants serving Brasserie food in Bowdon Trafford North West

Things seem to have got better since my last review We are regulars but it's gone a bit downhill recently and we will be trying some alternatives. This Sunday, service was poor, it took 30 mins to get one of the drinks and they weren't that busy. When the food finally came, both meals were cold and there were things missing from one. Staff weren't interested in sorting it out. Consistency is important - I don't want to go somewhere thinking "I hope they aren't as bad as last time"
