The best restaurants serving Brasserie food in London

There was not enough chips in the boxes we are not very happy and also there was no sauces or chilli sauce no salt or pepper

Due to being the only restaurant open, we went in the Smokehouse. Unfortunately, most of the staff in this restaurant were useless and didn’t seem to know what was going on. We were waiting at the door whilst they were not controlling the other door that had people just walking in and taking tables, while the rest of us had to queue. After standing in the middle of the restaurant because someone took our table, they put us on a 4 seaters (there was 5 of us) and told us to “just grab a chair from anywhere”. The food was so overpriced and it wasn’t even nice. The food all came out in a cardboard box and there was no friendly welcome, goodbye or any kind of interaction at the table. Would not recommend if you are here, would rather have had a hot dog from the stand outside.

Acabo de encontrar el peor servicio al cliente, mi esposa fue a pedir comida y esperó casi 40 minutos, y cada vez que pedía una actualización, se le informaba que su pedido tenía un máximo de 10 minutos.

La comida era normal. No fue nada especial. Pensé que iba a ser excepcional sin embargo no coinciden con mis expectativas. El servicio era bueno y el personal era muy agradable.

The food was soft, cold and burnt in dirty oil, the staff cannot speak English to a level that's understood, I suppose if you came from the local pub full of alcohol you may not notice, I'd be very interested to see if the shop remains in business..... Avoid this place

Ordered a delivery and was very unimpressed with what arrived. Bland, flavourless, mushy - will never use again. Doesn't give me any incentive to visit the restaurant. Their menu boasts 'our food speaks for itself'... Well It would be a very boring conversation.

I ordered the rice and chicken and it’s not the same as it was before. The chefs are just adding the sauce on the chicken when the chicken is cooked the are not cooking the sauce threw the meat it gave me a very bad stomachache . Also the uber men for delivery are just standing at the counter grabbing the orders. You can not even walk-in and order your food it’s gone down hill terrible cooking try cooking the sauce in the Meat don’t slap the sauce on not cooked it’s disgusting also the rice was wet
