The best restaurants serving American food in Mill Monmouthshire South Wales

Underwhelming! Got here at 1pm and the place was in darkness. Went in, freezing cold in there. Two chefs in the kitchen but no restaurant staff. They had to call the hotel to get someone across to serve us. All a bit shambolic I’m afraid. I like the place but it has to be backed up by good service!
