Loved this place so much! The food was amazing, we had a selection of small plates to share, they were all delicious, with a special shout out to the beef tacos and padron peppers. Great atmosphere, vibrant location, friendly staff. Honestly, what's not to like?

Great bar. I judge a bar by its drinks and bathroom (in that order), and both were great.

Went for drinks with a group of friends and the atmosphere was great with live music as well.

The staff now are very officious. The manner by which we were ejected was offensive. We used to love this pub but the current staff were offended when we “were not standing” to show our willingness to leave even after us explaining we were waiting one of our party to return from the toilet. An otherwise charming venue spoilt by staff who were unnecessarily rude. We won’t return there anytime soon.

Over half of the other tables gave up waiting for their food whilst we were there. We waited over an hour for our lunch (4 burgers), when the food eventually turned up it was wrong (salad instead of a burger in one case). Complete lack of apologies or updates from waiting staff. Pretty shocking.
