Mi marido y yo visitamos con un vale Groupon para 2 platos - nos dieron una cálida bienvenida y decidimos sentarnos fuera - el restaurante está en una calle concurrida de restaurantes y es muy interesante para ver todas las idas y venidas. El personal es agradable en todo - buena comida - habíamos horneado feta y feta y entrantes de bola de berenjena seguido de ternera y hamburguesas de cangrejo de cáscara suave - todo sabroso. También disfrutamos de algunos cócteles. Lo recomendaría.

Great atmosphere and food service was amazing

Security on the door were terrible. Treated our friend terribly. You won't see us again Piano Works....bye

The staff now are very officious. The manner by which we were ejected was offensive. We used to love this pub but the current staff were offended when we “were not standing” to show our willingness to leave even after us explaining we were waiting one of our party to return from the toilet. An otherwise charming venue spoilt by staff who were unnecessarily rude. We won’t return there anytime soon.

Over half of the other tables gave up waiting for their food whilst we were there. We waited over an hour for our lunch (4 burgers), when the food eventually turned up it was wrong (salad instead of a burger in one case). Complete lack of apologies or updates from waiting staff. Pretty shocking.
