Lovely/friendly staff who are always fast and efficient in an extremely busy Greggs. This is by far the best Greggs around the North Wales /Shropshire area.

I visited this Subway 3 times a week. 18th October will be the time. There were a lot items unavailable at 1700, which is strange for the start of the weekend. This has happened before and they had the items but didn't replenish. The main reason for ending my custom of this Subway was the appalling service and cleanliness. There were two of us waiting to be served but when the member of staff finished with the previous customer, she announced that she was doing an order which she had just printed. Having waited 25 minutes, I ordered: A wrap, no wraps Chicken 6 inch, no chicken A regular 6 inch Steak Texecana, on top of the cheese and steak she put 2 slices of Tomato and 2 stripes of red pepper. They had no cucumber, onions. I asked why she hadn't told me about the inability a to make a Texecana when I ordered? I didn't get answer but I did get a look when I told her that the whole point of this sub was spiciness and that I didn't want it. Give this Subway a miss, there's another 2 junctions up on the way to Chester by the garage.
