First visit here for around 35 years!!!.. A couple of cheeky Wrexham lagers...then to the Wynnstay for a bite to eat.. The Bridge Inn most welcoming gaff... Not got draught Guinness...was a bit of a blow..but Wxm lager was a good second choice..better now it's 4%..not like the old days in Wxm 3.2%..had to be a good swimmer back in the day..IMPOSSIBLE to get half cut drinking it then..🙈😂😂😂😎🍻🍻🍻👊

Without a doubt one of (if not 'the') best pubs in the region. Unusually old-school, but in a contemporary way. Also dog friendly 🐾🐾

A great selection of well kept beers on hand pump. No distractions from TV, background music or gaming machines. No food but can bring in from the excellent Chinese next door. A proper pub.

Cracking pub with a great choice if ales and nice outdoor area.

One of the best Pints I've enjoyed in months, log fires glowing mid afternoon visit where many tables had dominoe players deep into concentration. A card game in play and a great selection of books to read. Scotch egg was the snack of the day with a lovely runny yolk that a Michelin star chef would be proud of. All pubs should be like this. Fabulous.

Not had food there but I'm sure that would be 5 star 2, great place for a warm welcome and a lovely pint of ale🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🍻

Lovely little pub right off the bridge across the river Dee. Great cask ale selection with some lagers and kegs for those inclined to that. Not far from the train station, so easily walkable. Friendly staff with a knowledge of what they're serving.

I stopped in here after getting stranded in Ruabon and they were so welcoming. I purchased an incredibly well priced beer and the staff were so helpful and friendly while I waited for my lift. I would highly recommend The Bridge End Inn for anyone passing through Ruabon or staying here.

So relaxing in garden, there r cushions n throws to make u feel more comfortable, but a happy place 😊

Annual beer festival today, until Monday. Superb range of beers. Home made scotch eggs of all varieties, fresh made BBQ burgers etc. Live music. What more do you nerd.

If you like real ale in a proper pub with no music or food then come here! It is the best pub that I have ever been to. If you like lager, loud music and greasy burgers, this is not the place for you. Quite superb!

The Bridge End Inn is a great pub with a good atmosphere and selection of ales to choose from. Whether you visit in the summer and sit outside in the lovely outdoor seating area, or visit in the colder months sitting next to the log fire, you're sure to have a pleasant time. Very family and dog friendly. If you're in the local area, pop in, you won't be left disappointed.

No wonder this pub is loved by CAMRA. National pub of the year in 2011. Amazing beer, even better prices. Great local, friendly atmosphere. They even have their own micro brewery producing nice ale sold in both the pub and local pubs. Parking out back. But what's also unique about this place is that they don't serve food but if you get a Chinese takeaway from up the road (a few doors up) you can eat in the pub. They'll even give you plates and cutlery to eat it with. All in all, one of my all time favourite pubs.

We went to the beer festival here and really enjoyed it with the different ales and good atmosphere and it's just been voted best pub in Wales.
