The best restaurants in Carse of Gowrie Perth & Kinross Central Scotland

This is a brief review of my experience. It was Saturday 2nd November and my wife decided to have a spot of lunch at the Glendoick garden centre cafe. Upon arriving the queue was not too bad and the wait only 20 mins or so. My wife ordered the fish and chips and I ordered a cheeseburger. approx 20 mins later the food arrived. My cheese burger was the most rubbery disc of processed, well I don't know what, shall I politely say it was not edible. The fish on the other hand was fresh and quite palatable. The staff thanked me for bringing the matter to their attention. Upon arriving back home I felt most unwell.

We booked this lodge and hot tub, for the weekend for ladies day away 60th birthday. I have to say we were very impressed. the lodge was very clean warm (maybe a little too warm) and they had thought of everything to stock the kitchen with utensils etc, the hot tub was cleaned daily, the staff were friendly. we had come organised with food, drinks and games for the weekend and had no plans to leave and explore therefore I can't comment on what was other facilities were close by. I would recommend this lodge, we had no issues whatsoever.

Parte del BP Garage, por lo que cuando obtiene su gasolina puede obtener una bebida / refrigerio caliente. La comida y las bebidas calientes tienen un precio razonable. Existen las opciones habituales disponibles (rollos de salchicha / tostadas) y ocasionalmente (de temporada) hay especiales disponibles para elegir. Es un servicio de comida para llevar, por lo que no hay ningún lugar para comer fuera de su automóvil. Eso no se puede evitar ya que el café es parte de un garaje. A un precio razonable. Esté preparado para esperar unos minutos en su comida / bebida, ya que puede estar ocupado. Recuerde escuchar su pedido, ya que en ocasiones, especialmente cuando está ocupado, otros clientes pueden tomar su bebida caliente ya que han ordenado exactamente lo mismo.

This is a time travel into the 70ies. I totally love that honest places like this are still around. If you are looking for a modern place with vegan food, look elsewhere. If you like to take a trip into the past you will love it.
