The best restaurants in Lochgelly and Cardenden Fife Central Scotland

As my daughter was performing at the local theatre, we decided to drop in for dinner. The staff were lovely and offered us a table in the back part, which was much quieter. Food was of decent quality and was very reasonable priced. Overall was as expected.

Saw the shop on a tv programme so we decided to drive over from Edinburgh. We purchased a number of items and went home. Haggis tastes absolutely amazing and well deserved top awards. Mince/Scotch pies - very tasty and we enjoyed them immensely.Well done, we will be back.

Dropped in for a cup of tea and a bacon roll . Friendly and helpful staff in the bright light cafe . Very busy with locals using it as a meeting place ,cup of tea and a blether . It was nice to see low prices on the menu . The menu is small but there is something for everyone

Can't believe like entering a home look cafe. Beautiful Christmas decorations, friendly staff, even those we are an hour before dooe close to ask for a meal. The staff ... should be an enthusiastic couple, introduce some interesting place nearby to us. We have a wonderful lunch in here. Should try the Best taste hot chocolate. Warmly remind , there are not much seat available.

Greasy pizza can cook a fry up with it. Unacceptable

Open throughout the week from 9.00 till 3.00pm and 9.00till 2.00pm at the weekend . The cafe does a brisk trade in carryouts and also breakfasts are popular for sitting in .great wee cafe for meeting up with friends

Ordered a mixed kebab and a coke tonight for dinner. AVOID if you are hungry and want hot food ready to eat. Kebab is not what I received. What I received was an “assemble yourself” bag of kebab ingredients. Which I could have bought in aldi for less (and better quality). The donner meat is anemic and cold after being left sweating in the hot box (obviously not hot enough). The chicken is cold and the pita bread is cold, dry and hard to fill. If your hungry in Cardenden, go to Serena.

I asked for a chicken bhuna chips and garlic bread this was in no way a bhuna chips seemed coated chips and garlic bread was an over sized burn pancake still a bit raw worst meal I have had from any Indians £17.00 waisted
